Designed for transportation of crude oil and oil products with flash point below 60 0C and fuel oil with maximum carried cargo density of 0.99 t/m3 with heating provided.

Navigation area is sea areas, corresponding to restricted navigation area II, inland waterways of the Russian Federation with restrictions.

Steel single-deck tanker with two fell-revolving steering pods, bow thruster, with forecastle and poop, double bottom and double sides for water ballast, electro-hydraulically driven cargo crane amidship.

Three types of cargo can be carried in a voyage.

Kronstadt Marine Plant Turns 160 Years Old

The Kronstadt Marine Plant (part of the USC) marks its 160<sup>th</sup> anniversary on March 4, 2018.  Throughout its operation, the plant has repaired more than 10,000 ships and vessels, many of which contributed to the heroic history of the Russian Navy.
