The Baltic Shipyard has completed the inclining test conducted as part of the mooring tests of the Academic Lomonosov world’s first floating nuclear power plant (FNPP).
The ship is designed to guard and patrol territorial waters, patrol a 12-mile border zone in the open and closed seas, escort ships and vessels in transit, as well as naval bases and water areas in order to alert of hostile attacks in wartime, combat smuggling and piracy activities, search for and provide assistance to victims of maritime disasters, carry out environmental monitoring.
